3. Eligibility & Age Limits

4. Payment & Transactions

If a transaction fails due to technical issues, we'll resolve it immediately. In case of double charging, full refund will be issued.

Welcome bonus is available only to newly registered users. Once per account.
To claim a bonus, you must meet specific conditions and adhere to wagering requirements.

Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is considered fraudulent activity.

If prohibited conduct is detected, the account will be immediately and permanently closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Either the user or bdbjeevip may close an account for specific reasons. Once closed, account recovery is extremely difficult.

You may permanently close your account at any time. Following your request, the account will remain locked for 7 days.
Bdbjeevip may immediately close an account due to rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.
If an account is closed, any remaining balance will be refunded within one month.
No refund or compensation will be provided if an account is closed due to rule violations.
Once permanently closed, account recovery is generally not possible.
